WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TAT?

Our CURRENT TAT(turn around times)
RTS ITEMS: 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS
CUSTOM/MTO(made to order): 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS
**DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS**

I do my very best to get your orders out within or even before that time frame! I am a one woman show, and a mother to 4 kids. If anything is to happen in that time I will definitely reach out!

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
For safety & hygiene purposes exchanges and returns are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHO DO I CONTACT?
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING ITEMS!
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have up to 48 hours upon delivery to contact us regarding damages!

I'm always open to making custom items! I know my style isn't everyone's cup of tea but I do hope you love them as much as I do.
